Remember when I posted this with the ridiculous TUCOWS wait time for free software submissions? Well, it took a little less time (only 13 months, in fact), but here is what I got from them.

Awesome. I have no idea what they are talking about. RD Tabs is quite available from all the download links I know of. Like I'm going to bother resubmitting to them after they screwed up. Does anybody even visit that site anymore? I probably get more evangelism for RD Tabs from misspelled searches than I ever would from TUCOWS.
I have a new slogan for them. TUCOWS: The world's best directory of Windows 95 software.
That's about all it is good for nowadays.
Meanwhile, I just submitted 2.1.20 for download.com. Based on their average turn-around, it should be there in a few weeks. :-)
