Hi Tim
I seem to have lost all my passwords with the Alpha version. Suddenly all my passwords are gone. I have saved some now and will see if they are still there tomorrow.

Hmmmm. Mine copied over just fine when I upgraded (I always run the same install program the users might, as opposed to just copying the latest/greatest binaries). 2.0.12 to 2.1.0 migration? Did the other settings disappear or only passwords? Ever notice this before with, say, 2.0.11 to 2.0.12?
Your passwords will still be there (encrypted) in the user.config in the 2.0.12 profile folder (%appdata%\Avian Waves\RD Tabs). As long as you only have one RD Tabs folder in the Avian Waves folder, you should be able to copy the user.config over from one to the other.
I think from now on I'm going to put a blurb recommending backing up your favorites! 🙂

Hi
I had to import my favourites in again because I had re-installed and because of the encryption (as you explained in another post) I lost all the passwords. So I just imported an old favourites copy I had so I wouldn't have to start again. Passwords seem to be there from the ones I saved yesterday so will let you know if this keeps happening.
And yes, a note to backup favourites is a good idea 🙂
