This has been posted by others before, but I am unable to resolve the issue. RD tabs acts as if Windows key combinations are being pressed. We are unable to use "u" as it opens the Ease of Access Centre. I downloaded the latest version, but we already have it installed. I tried turning of keyboard hook. Any more suggestions?

Is this for a remote session or locally? Does it only happen when you are in RD Tabs? So if you switch out of RD Tabs and press "U" the Windows key combination does not activate? If remotely, what about with the default remote desktop client? Is it possible the windows key might be stuck on the local physical keyboard?

It is in the remote session. It only happens in RD Tabs. All keys function fine locally. I have not tried mstsc. I will try it next time I am there. The key is not stuck.

Let me know what happens with mstsc. Also, does it ever go away, for example if you reboot?

Both local and remote computers have been shutdown many times. The problem is persistent.
