Hoping for some help with 'System.Configuration.ConfigurationErrorsException' error popup during installation on a new Windows 10 64-bit machine. Excerpt from install log below:

Long story short - also could not install VS 2015 and several other apps so started over with a clean install of windows and now all is well.
