I don't think the webcam is supported as a resource you can connect over RD Tabs.

Then, with RD Tabs, I can't join a web conference on a remote PC with a webcam or headset on a local PC.
The only way to do that is to use Microsoft Remote Desktop client.
It's a pity because RD Tabs is very useful.
