Fresh install of Win7. second thing i loaded after firefox was RDTabs (RDTabs_2.1.23.msi). Just downloaded it an hour ago.

I get the following error when I try to run the application:

Any idea or suggestions that I should try?

My co-worker (who i thought had tried RDTabs, then went away from it) says that it's the text size settings.

100% - RDTabs work
125% - RDTabs crashes
150% - RDtabs works

The default setting in Win7 is 125%. As soon as I can reboot my laptop (copying 20 gigs at the moment), i'll change the settings and test it out.

Switching from 125% to 100% didn't seem to do the trick.

Well, I feel foolish. The "shortcut" on my desktop wasn't a shortcut. It was actually a copy of the executable. making a real shortcut to the executable in the install directory... It works fine now.

Glad to hear that! I was away for a few days, so I missed this fun. I'm aware of the DPI issue. I plan to release a fix, but I'm busy at the moment and it's a complex issue. 😞
