Your config file got corrupted. Run rdprofclean.exe in the RD Tabs installation folder and delete the latest version of your config file. RD Tabs will revert to the previous version and restore settings from that time. You will lose new favorites and settings, but RD Tabs will at least run. Alternatively, you can try to hand edit the config file (rdprofclean.exe will give you the path) to make the XML file valid, assuming there is enough there to restore it from.
