Not Able To Use RDWEB In Internet Explorer!

Using RDWEB in Internet Explorer, I used the Remote Desktop tab as this article suggested it was better to use IE than Edge. However, I have been unable to use it in IE for the last few days. Can anyone help me solve this problem? Any response would be greatly appreciated.
